Hello!
Welcome to my blog for my 2007 bicycle marathon from Vancouver to Calgary. I’m writing this an attempt to encourage people to sponsor me so that I can reach my objective of raising CAD$5,000 for the Canadian Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Some people reading this may be unfamiliar with blogs, so if you are let me explain that a blog is just a sort of online diary. I will write on this page regularly in the run up to the ride and will attempt to keep a record of the ride as it happens (or after it if internet access is not possible). Each time I write here it is known as a post and in a proper blog you (any of you reading this) can leave a comment about a post for me and others to read and of course I can reply to those comments.
Of course, many will know exactly what a blog is, so I hope you will go ahead and subscribe to the RSS feed and feel free to link to me and leave as many comments as you want! If you have your own Blog why not add me to your Blogroll?
